  • Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues, disbursements, liabilities, etc.)
  • Encode/record data and day to day transactions to support the Accounting and Finance Managers as the team prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Assist with the drafting of financial forecast costs and revenues
  • File BIR tax returns and manage its payments
  • Support internal audits
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain and update payroll information
  • Monitoring of bank accounts
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Assist in providing timely, accurate, complete and relevant financial information for management decision-making, and complies with applicable laws, regulations and sound business practice

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management and related course

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently 

• Data entry skills

• Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Possesses good presentation and communication skills

• Can start ASAP
