Job Description Join Globe Telecom as a Public Relations & Communication Strategy Manager Lead and help develop press releases and meaningful corporate stories, manage media relations and partnerships, and handle special projects/campaigns and communications.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage media and industry partners to build and maintain positive relationships.

  • Develop and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and handle communications.

  • Enhance the profiles of executive leaders, build thought leadership, and manage executive appearances and content on platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Collaborate with key partners to promote Globe business and manage its positioning in the market.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders to support business goals.

  • Develop and manage external communications strategies for product launches and other key initiatives.

  • Create and distribute communications to customers, media, and the public, including story creation.

  • Develop stories in collaboration with Globe business for PR and media purposes.

  • Organize and manage PR activities such as news dissemination, forums, roundtables, and speaking engagements across various media platforms (inquirer, TV, radio).

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies.

KPIs:

  • Number of successful media placements and press releases

  • Growth in media mentions and executive profiles

  • Number of industry partnerships established and maintained

  • Engagement metrics for external communications (e.g., customer letters, product announcements)

  • Feedback and satisfaction levels from internal and external stakeholders

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:

  • Comprehensive media plan and strategy for executive profiles

  • Successful execution of PR campaigns, including press releases and media engagements

  • Strengthened industry partnerships and collaborative initiatives

  • Enhanced executive profiles and thought leadership presence on platforms like LinkedIn

  • Effective external communications for product launches and key business updates
