We are seeking a 3D Blender Graphic Artist to convert and manage 3D models across various formats while supporting our creative projects. The ideal candidate will have intermediate Blender skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert 3D models between different file formats and resolve compatibility issues.
  • Rename and organize 3D files using a consistent naming convention.
  • Create, edit, and apply textures/materials to 3D models using Blender.
  • Upload and manage 3D assets on designated digital asset management platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior artists and team members on project deliverables.
  • Ensure quality control of 3D assets before and after upload.
  • Add relevant metadata, tags, and labels to assets for easy retrieval and organization.

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with Blender 3D software.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Blender, including texture editing, applying materials, and exporting models.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships and work with minimal supervision.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with web services and digital asset management platforms.
  • Experience in texturing and digital asset upload procedures.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
