Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing customer interactions, and delivering a positive customer experience. The representative will act as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
