Job Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course (preferably with relation to business, administration or coordination)
- With at least 1 year of experience in administrative and coordination work with strong organizing skills & customer service skills is a plus
- With basic computer skills, MS Office applications, customer-centric approach and behavior
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Keen attention to details and competent managing skills
- Great customer-focused attitude, orientation, and service
- Strong sense of duty and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidates/encodes all requests for technical support: product demo, installation and training, repair service, for scheduling and assignment of Technical Support personnel by Technical Supervisor.
- Coordinates with Head of Production, Warehouse and Distribution vehicle requirements for Product Demo.
- Informs and confirms schedule of repair service with Customers.
- Prepares Job Order for service repair, and preventive maintenance based on Preventive Maintenance calendar.
- Manages Greenhills Showroom and Demo Exhibit inventory.
- Ensures the timely and complete return of all items. Requests for replenishment of Supplies as necessary.
- Safe-keeps spare parts inventory. Ensures zero variance of physical inventory against ERP by ensuring proper documentation for accurate receiving and releasing of spare parts.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, both hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, signs and receives packages and documents, initiating telephone calls.
- Performs other sales administration-related tasks that may be necessary or as assigned by Immediate Superior.
