The Maintenance Technician - Injection is responsible in providing technical support and diagnostic for the Plant's injection equipment. The role is also responsible for the troubleshooting and execution of maintenance either preventive or corrective for the Plant's injection equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations

• Oversees in the Start-up, Operation, Shut-down on the following equipment:

Injection machines, Dryer Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment

• Provide 1st level maintenance support to Injection machines, Dryer Equipment, & Steam Supply Equipment in the event of equipment failures.

• Ensures that the drying and steam system and refrigeration system are operating within the regulatory limits

• Handles or oversee the infusion of plastic resin and materials into the auxiliary system to maintain or optimize operational capability

  1. Maintenance Execution

    • Execute planned, corrective, break-in work, condition based and predictive maintenance to injection equipment

    • Maintenance and repairs carried out as per works order meeting all the quality requirement

Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience of injection related position in a manufacturing, industrial and utility environment

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related Technology & Engineering field

• Graduate of Technical Vocational course with strong work experience in Injection machines
