Job summary:

  • Implementation of improvement projects
  • Maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of POD documentation, filing, and monitoring
  • Ensuring on time and complete POD return

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Determine what the bottlenecks in the process are and provide resolutions
  • Collaborate with the Middle Mile Team to ensure Vendors are well-informed and trained for the POD process
  • Monitor POD return
  • Identify and investigate POD discrepancies and variances
  • Provide training programs on new processes as needed
  • Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

  • POD timeliness
  • POD accuracy

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years experience in Logistics and Warehousing Operations
  • Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines
  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
