Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting equipment troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations. The role involves executing field service activities such as diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, installing, and commissioning equipment, and providing timely resolutions to customer concerns. The Service Engineer will also maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and field service skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Expertise in maintenance and repair, with the ability to ensure proper functioning of equipment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience providing hands-on technical support to address customer needs promptly
  • Technical knowledge of food, beverage, or pharmaceutical packaging equipment is a plus
  • Graduate of an engineering program such as Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to client locations as necessary
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
