Responsible for cash management, sales performance, and inventory of the Outlet, including regular monitoring and preparation of store reports. Responsible for the general operations of store stations and reports directly to the Assistant Store Manager and / or Store Manager. Updates them on the activities of the Outlet especially on stocks and inventory.

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Specific Responsibilities

  1. Manages and controls all transactions at the counter and dining area.

  2. Manages sales and achieves sales target by increasing average check and through suggestive selling, substitute selling, and up-selling.

  3. Manages the inventory of the Outlet, including products, services, and supply forecasting and requisition.

  4. Handles cash, consolidates and submits balanced sales figures by the end of the day.

  5. Shares with customer's extensive know-how of all Figaro products, merchandise, service, system wide promotions, and other matters related to the company and its business.

  6. Manages and regularly checks par stock of all items in inventory.

  7. Recommends requisition for store repairs / service.

  8. Manages and accomplishes daily and weekly store reporting including sales, consumption, purchasing, variance, tracking, breakage / loss, wastage / charge, receiving, credit card, discounts, and FCC summaries.

  9. Handles guest complaints in coordination with the Assistant Store Manager and /or Store Manager and informs and reports such occurrence to superiors.

  10. Encourages and motivates others in promoting total customer satisfaction.

  11. Assists in motivation of staff towards achievement of company goals.

  12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Assistant Store Manager and / or Store Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
