Job Summary:

Handles branch-level accounting tasks, including finance transactions, payroll support, reports, and vault security; assists marketing and leasing matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the contact person for Marketing and Leasing-related tasks at the branch
  • Manages branch financial and accounting transactions, including documentation and reporting
  • Processes branch compensation and benefits in coordination with HR/Payroll
  • Prepares and submits monthly government contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and loan payment reports
  • Maintains vault security as a password custodian, ensuring proper logging of access
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any 4-year business course
  • With 1–2 years experience in accounting or payroll (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting tasks
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized
  • Willing to work during weekends/holidays
  • Can handle vault access, reports, and government contributions
