Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Manage planning alerts and exceptions by monitoring SAP IBP alerts, simulating scenarios, and resolving issues with MPS and Procurement.
  • Track raw material inventory health, address slow-moving and obsolete stock, reconcile month-end, and drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure 4–12-week raw material plans align with the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and site readiness.
  • Validate purchase requisitions, adjust proposals, ensure timely availability, and convert to purchase orders.
  • Define lot sizes, lead times, minimum order quantities, and safety stock rules in line with global templates.
  • Create raw material plans in SAP IBP and publish them on schedule.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the raw material plan and provide inputs to MPS and SIOP Supply Review.
  • Collaborate with MPS Planner, Scheduler, Procurement, and suppliers to resolve constraints and protect service levels.
  • Maintain accurate raw material and supplier master data, support process improvements, and contribute to KPI tracking.

What Makes You The Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception‑based planning.
