Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Business, Fashion, or any related field.
  2. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  3. Strong interest in current and upcoming fashion trends.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Good communication skills.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for merchandising the store in line with company guidelines.
  2. Support the Commercial Manager in identifying and implementing creative visual ideas.
  3. Coordinate layout of collection walls and central furniture displays.
  4. Update and refresh mannequins and store displays regularly.
  5. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on competitor activity.
  6. Monitor and control product levels in-store, and communicate any needs to senior management.
  7. Prepare and coordinate "Rebajas" (sale) displays for the assigned store.
  8. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures related to cash handling and store safety.
