Job Description:

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on store operations, including sales techniques, customer service, sales and inventory management using Barter, store safety protocols, usage of POS, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Facilitate both classroom and virtual (as applicable) training for new hires, ensuring they understand store procedures and standards.

Fieldwork and Store Visits:

  • Visit stores regularly to assess training needs and provide real-time coaching and guidance to store staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance on-site, offering constructive feedback and additional training where necessary.
  • Conduct Post- and Pre- Training Assessment to measure training effectiveness

Training Materials Development:

  • Collaborate with different departments in designing, updating, and improving training modules, manuals, and other learning materials relevant to store operations.
  • Customize training materials to fit the specific needs of different store locations.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and other department heads / managers to align training efforts with broader company goals.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, progress reports, and training completion.
  • Prepare training reports and feedback summaries for management.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure that all training programs adhere to company policies, operational standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and store management practices, incorporating best practices into training sessions.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
