About the role

Total Staffing Skills Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting and Finance professional to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
  • Providing support in audit and tax-related activities

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proven track record of ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
