Main Purpose of Position: We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Content Creator & Community Officer with a proven track record of creating and leading engaging digital content and community strategies. This role requires a creative leader who excels at managing comprehensive social media campaigns, fostering online communities, and collaborating with a network of content creators. The ideal candidate has experience in social media strategy, content production, project management, and using data to drive results. You will be instrumental in ensuring Stanley College's online presence fosters engagement, builds brand loyalty, and inspires our diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Content Strategy & Management
- Create and execute strategic content calendars for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Lead community management for platforms like Facebook Groups, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for all members.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from briefing and coordinating with graphic designers and videographers to approving final content and ensuring brand consistency.
2. Digital Storytelling & Content Creation
- Collaborate with internal and external content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Write, edit, and optimize compelling copy for posts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Innovate with content formats, such as Reels, carousels, infographics, and live streams, to maintain audience interest and engagement.
3. Community Management & Engagement
- Oversee and nurture social media communities by actively responding to comments, facilitating discussions, and implementing moderation protocols.
- Develop and execute engagement campaigns to increase community participation and loyalty.
4. Project Management for Digital Creators
- Lead content creator projects by setting clear expectations, providing creative direction, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with influencers and external partners to amplify Stanley College's online presence.
- Evaluate content performance and provide actionable feedback to creators.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics) to monitor the performance of all campaigns and online communities.
- Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
- Apply data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure Stanley College remains a leader in the digital space.
Knowledge & Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable portfolio of successful social media campaigns and community management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to strategy.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with a knack for creative and compelling copywriting.
- Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut).
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and performance optimization is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
