Procurement Head

GA HR Consultancy, the accredited headhunter and executive search partner of a premier real estate developer, is hiring a Procurement Department Head to lead and strengthen the procurement operations of one of Bataan's fastest-growing real estate companies.

This is a key leadership position where you'll oversee strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization for high-value construction and development projects. Procurement Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines.
• Oversee all purchasing, supplier negotiations, and materials management to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing procurement team.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize value and reduce cost.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.

Cost Control & Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify savings opportunities.
• Conduct regular analysis of procurement KPIs and ensure continuous process improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance to forecast needs and support project execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services to meet construction milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Preferably from real estate development, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in ERP or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
