Below are the responsibilities of a Credit and Collection Supervisor:

1. Manage accounts receivable and cash reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.

SAP/Oracle accounting software proficiency is required for this position.

1. Monitor and track accounts receivable balances and collections, taking proactive measures to address outstanding payments.

2. Conduct phone calls to clients or ex-clients with outstanding balances to facilitate collections.

3. Perform bad debt risk assessment and manage long-term outstanding invoices.

4. Generate regular reports on billing and collection performance, key metrics, and trends for management review.

5. Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements, revenue optimization, and cost reduction.

6. Perform periodic reviews and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition

7. Develop strong relationships with key customers, understanding their billing requirements, and proactively addressing their needs.

To be successful in this role you must be…

• A college graduate of 4 years business related course, preferrably Finance/Accounting related
• In an Accounting/Finance or related role for 3-4 years.
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
• Good in analytical and organizational skills
• An individual with ability to work in different departmental set-up
• Able to perform multi-tasking
• Able to to work independently with minimal supervision
• A minimum of 3-4 years of credit and collections experience is required.
• 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience is essential for this role.
• Automotive industry experience is essential for this position.

Working pattern and location:

• Join Date: October 2025
• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
