JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

The Sales and Planning Distribution is primarily responsible to conceptualize programs related to marketing of Hyundai line of vehicles together with Department and to ensure the administrative support to Sales Department of Hyundai ANC Group in a manner that is cost effective, productive, creative, timely and with positive impact on our primary and secondary areas of influence.

The position holder shall undertake the following functions:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporateof the work unit; prepares and secures approval of thevision and mission statements and the core values of thecompany; ensures that subordinate employees performtheir respective functions in like manner

  2. Plans, organizes, and controls the operation and activitiesbudget in support of such operation and activities.

  3. Participates in the operational planning process for thedetermination of sales forecasts and targets and theformulation of sales strategies and activities to meet suchtargets.

  4. Conceptualizes programs to market Hyundai line of vehicleof GHyundai ANC Group together with department.

  5. Plans & prepares the local marketing & sales promotional

  6. Oversees the clerical services and administrbudget to support all planned activities & clearlyestablishes their sources of funding; whether throughinternally generated funds or through co-sponsorship withHyundai

  7. Ensures organized assistance support to sales groups as well as coordination and collation of sales & marketing information from andbetween Hyundai and other business partners to ensuretheir proper and timely dissemination to theconcerned coordinated offsite displays thatwill meet conformity and harmony with Hyundai ANCGroup'sand GHyundai Phils. marketing and sales programs as well as evaluating cost effectiveness.

  8. Checks if the filing of the required Hyundai Phil's documents

  9. Closely mofor the various sales marketing activities whose fundingcome partly or wholly from Hyundai Phil's are being doneand ensure processing of claims for their effectiveness of local sales andmarketing campaign/projects and make recommedationsof necessarychanges and or enhancements.

12.Organizes collected statistical data and informabrochures, leaflets, promotional materials and collateraladvertising and promotional tools to the sales group ofHyundai ANC intomeaningful charts and presentations and analyzes andinterprets sales behavior and market trends that may beuseful in planning strategies or action programs to exploitbusiness opportunities or meet urgent challenges in themarket.

13.Immediately alerts management for any potentially seriousor unusual developments in the market palce relative tobrand sales, customer reaction and acceptance and/orcompetitive activities.

14.Oversees timely submission of required metrics and salesreports to GHyundai Group Philippines.

15.Keeps account the regular and timely submission ofaccurate and complete Daily Performance Report (DPR)of GHyundai ANC Group.

16.Ensures proper management of vehicle inventories interms of ordering, tagging, allocating and daily sending ofavailable units to sale groups of Hyundai ANC Group.

17.Make sure of the collection and coordination of allpertinent information regarding vehicle inventories andrelates these data to actual field brand sales. Uses thesedata and information and recommend for approval futureinventory positions and the ordering of new vehicles forstock and sale.

18.Participates in monthly process of new vehicle orderingand forecasts related to the determination of sales targets,objectives and formulation of sales strategies andactivities.

19.Monitors the safe and accesible custody of all sales andmarketing equipments, tools, and collaterals issued byHyundai Group Philippines and or owned by Hyundai ANCGroup.

20.Participates in collegial planning for policies, proceduresand systems, problem solving, decision making andperformance monitoring through participation in standingand ad hoc committees, task forces, and project teams.

21.Ensures the correct and proper interpretation of policiesand procedures in relation to all previously and currentlyestablished policies affecting the professional discharge ofresponsibilities.

22.Monitors the activities and effectiveness of supervisor andstaffs as well as takes care of their professional growth anddevelopment and ensures positive contribution to theorganization and the attainment of Hyundai ANC Group'sbusiness goals.

23.Performs other duties and responsibilities germane to theposition and other tasks that may be assigned by thesuperiors.
