Position: Harvest Supervisor

Location: Manolo, Bukidnon

Work Setup: Full-time, Stay-in (Free Meals and Accommodation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Harvest Supervisor to oversee and coordinate broiler harvest operations at our farm in Manolo, Bukidnon. This role ensures the efficient execution of harvesting activities, strict adherence to biosecurity protocols, and smooth coordination with farm and logistics teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Animal Science, Agriculture, or any related course
• Alternatively, at least 1 year of related work experience in poultry, livestock, or farm operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of biosecurity, animal handling, and farm operations is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and motivate harvest personnel to ensure timely and efficient harvest operations
• Coordinate closely with farm supervisors and live haul logistics for the smooth turnover of harvested birds to transport trucks
• Implement and monitor cleaning and disinfection routines for equipment and facilities to maintain a sterile environment
• Monitor harvest performance and prepare reports for management review
• Report operational concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations to management
