Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or Agriculture Related courses.
  • With Minimum of 2 years experience in Broiler Farm Management
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office (Excel, Word, Presentation etc.) and Google Workspace
  • Can oversee the performance, health, and productivity of Operations in Northern Mindanao.
  • Knows how to Drive a 4-wheeled Manual Vehicle.

Job Description:

  • Monitor the contract Broiler Farm Operations
  • Supervise & Execute standard operation policies and procedures of the Broiler Farm Operation Activities.
  • Implement corrective measures for problems encountered when necessary
  • Conduct regular farm visits to assess flock health, farm management, and farm practices (Cleaning, Brooding, Growing, Maintenance, and Harvesting)
  • Perform basic Necropsy and health assessment for Broiler chickens
  • Train farm personnels on best practices for Broiler Farming.
  • Submitting weekly reports for the farm conditions, flock performances, parameters and KPIs.
  • Attending monthly meetings headed by the Broiler/Farm Operations head
  • Collaborate with the Sales Dept for the Harvest and Forecast Schedules
  • Coordinate with the Hatchery Department for the placement schedules of the broiler farms
