KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scheduling of appointments, coordinating meetings with internal/external stakeholders, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the EVP, screening calls and emails, drafting correspondence, and acting as a spokesperson in their absence.
  • Arrange all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, and conference registrations.
  • Oversee office supplies, maintaining an organized filing system, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Anticipate the EVP's needs, acting as a "barometer" to stay informed of key issues, and ensuring the EVP remains well-informed of commitments.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform such other tasks as directed by the Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
  • With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
  • With the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and large volumes of information effectively.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with various individuals and groups.
  • With the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Has the capacity to identify issues and find effective solutions independently.
  • Proficient with office software, such as email, word processing, and calendar programs.
  • With the ability to build rapport, manage relationships effectively, and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
