Summary
- Team lead is to provide strategic direction, manage and mentor a team of analysts, oversee the data analysis process from data collection to reporting, ensure the team's work aligns with business goals, and facilitate communication between the data team and stakeholders to drive data driven.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the data analyst team by providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration.
Manage people and resources to ensure the team
Ask Details effectively meets analytical goals and project deadlines.
Oversee the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data collection and storage to analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security while identifying root causes of data sourcing gaps.
Act as a strategic partner to other teams, translating business needs into data analysis projects and insights.
Education/Experience
A bachelor's degree is usually the minimum requirement, with fields like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Analytics being most relevant.
