Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Support Advocate to join our Customer Success Team. This role involves engaging new customers over the phone and guiding them through a qualification process with a concierge approach. We are building a team of individuals who excel in relationship-building, problem-solving, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or text to assess needs and provide tailored support
  • Listen actively and resolve inquiries with exceptional customer service
  • Deliver conversational, natural interactions even when following a script
  • Adapt to shift requirements, including weekends and holidays
  • Operate effectively both as part of a team and independently

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-energy work environment
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 100 Mbps or Higher Internet Speed
