The Multimedia Content Officer is responsible for end-to-end creation, management, and optimization of all visual and multimedia assets that bring the Kindred brand to life. This role leads videography, photography, and editing initiatives for campaigns, social platforms, clinic launches, events, and internal communications—ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand guidelines, resonates with our audience, and drives engagement. Reporting to the Brand & Design Associate, the ideal candidate blends strong technical production skills with a strategic eye for storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and partners closely with Marketing, Creative, Care Management, and Operations teams.

Mission 1: Lead Multimedia Production for Brand & Campaign Assets

Own the full production cycle of photo and video content—from concept through shoot, edit, and delivery—to support marketing campaigns, service launches, and corporate communications.

  • Seasonal and awareness-driven campaign videos (e.g., Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Mental Health Week)
  • "Day-in-the-Life" and testimonial video series featuring doctors, staff, and patients
  • High-impact event and clinic launch coverage (highlight reels, social snippets)
  • Service explainer videos and package teasers for digital and in-clinic displays

Mission 2: Build & Maintain a Scalable Multimedia Content LibraryEstablish and curate a centralized repository of high-quality raw footage, edited assets, and photo collections—enabling rapid content repurposing and consistent brand storytelling.

  • Quarterly "content days" coordinating shoots at multiple clinic locations
  • B-roll captures of clinic environments, staff interactions, and patient journeys
  • Branded overlay templates, lower thirds, and motion-graphic elements
  • Tagging and metadata system for easy search and retrieval by cross-functional teams

Mission 3: Ensure Quality, Consistency & Innovation in Multimedia

Maintain highest standards of creative excellence and brand consistency while researching and piloting new multimedia formats, techniques, and tools to elevate Kindred's visual storytelling.

  • Creation and documentation of video style guides (framing, color grading, audio standards)
  • Pilot short-form formats (e.g., animated infographics, podcast video clips, interactive 360° tours)
  • Manage relationships with freelance videographers, photographers, and motion-graphic artists
  • Quarterly "brand audit" reviews of all multimedia content in active channels

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, and multimedia editing—ideally within healthcare, consumer tech, or agency environments
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video styles, from documentaries to short-form social content
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple shoots and deliverables with minimal oversight
  • Keen visual storytelling ability, with an eye for composition, pacing, and narrative flow
  • Collaborative mindset; comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
  • Familiarity with brand-guideline development and maintaining visual consistency across channels
