Reporting/Data Analyst

This role will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decisions, create performance reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights clearly in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Job Description:

  • Collect, consolidate, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from ground team and partners
  • Maintain accurate SKU and inventory master data across systems
  • Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and promotion performance to support business reviews
  • Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and ad hoc reports for sales and marketing teams
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reporting deadlines
  • Maintain a clear archive of all documents, reports, and sales trackers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to enhance operational visibility and decision-making
  • Support business development activities through data-driven insights and market performance analysis
  • Lead or assist in operations reporting, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and performance forecasting
  • Recommend and implement tools or systems to optimize reporting efficiency and workflow automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years experience in a retail, FMCG, or skincare/beauty-related environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic macros)
  • Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar)
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or reporting system enhancements is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with retail POS systems, Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage large datasets accurately
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
