About the role

Ascendion is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative digital products. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to gain insights into user needs and pain points
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring the user experience to life
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with business goals and technical feasibility
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a UX Designer
  • Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive designs
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and solutions
  • Passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences and a keen eye for detail
