Duties and Responsibilities :

  • He/She is the implementer and deliverer of learning programs to which students are subscribed, according to specifications and standards of the company's agreements with the schools (for students in partner schools) or parents (for direct student clients / students in non-partner schools).
  • He/She is the primary custodian of the laboratory which was purposely set-up for the delivery of the learning program implemented and all company-owned equipment deployed therein

Education:

  • Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in Education or any other course with Education Units

Experience(s):

  • Passed the Licensure Examination for Teacher or has the intention to take LET within the year of employment

Specific Knowledge:

  • Required Skills: at least intermediate level of computer skills, good communication, strong interpersonal skills, with good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Business Understanding:

Student-handling skills, Classroom Management, Teaching Strategies, Philippine educational system/Deped/CHED
