JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for interpretation of client's requirement, research new developments and innovations and turn those ideas into technical plans. Consider cost, timeliness, effectiveness, and safety of new designs. Write and present reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facilities management.
  2. Ensures that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
  3. Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects and hired services.
  4. Plans, coordinates, and strategize development for ensuring the long-term improvement of the facilities.
  5. Ensures that facilities are kept clean and remain compliant with health and safety regulations.
  6. Oversees and manages facilities operation, including preventive maintenance, repairs, building management, procurement and upgrades.
  7. Develops and implements facility policies, procedures, and standards to ensure building services and operations run smoothly.
  8. Handles general accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting. (If Necessary)
  9. Manages facilities planning and space allocation.
  10. Oversees Waste Management System.
  11. Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections and reports.
  12. Analyzes KPI data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  13. Undertake the active role of Pollution Control Officer for environmental compliance.
  14. Performs other related work of a similar nature or level.

  1. Ensure that the working environment continues to be a safe, secure and healthy place to work.
  2. Work in line with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy to ensure not only their own health and safety, but of others as well.
  3. Practice of 5S Good Housekeeping and ensure a well-lighted, maintained and ventilated facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Management or Administration.
  2. Attended training related to Facilities Management (software, conventions, seminars, etc.)
  3. Preferably a licensed professional
  4. 1-3 years of work experience in the Facilities Management position/field.
  5. Willing to work in Quezon City.
  6. Willing to work or start immediately/ASAP.
  7. One (1) Full-Time position is available for this position.
