Location: Ramada Manila Central - Binondo, Manila

Responsibilities

  • Monitors Food Safety and Quality
  • Complete all appropriate company documentation and other tasks on every shift
  • Assist in the research and development of new products for our menu
  • Prepare recipes for kitchen team
  • Monitors the performance of the chefs, and makes sure they follow kitchen standards
  • Comply with standard practices and procedures
  • Evaluating the availability of the stocks and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Background in kitchen operations and knowledge in food safety and quality
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Capable of performing administrative and clerical tasks

Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of basic food costing is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in kitchen operations preferred
  • Position and compensation dependent on prior experience and interview performance
  • Graduates of leading universities preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
