About the role

In this full-time role based in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, you will provide vital support to our Treasury operations, ensuring the efficient management of the company's cash flow, investments, and financial risk mitigation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the daily processing of cash receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
  2. Monitor and report on the company's cash positions and liquidity
  3. Support the investment management process, including tracking investment portfolios and compliance with investment policies
  4. Contribute to the preparation of treasury reports and analysis
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  6. Provide administrative support to the Treasury team as required

What we're looking for

  1. Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a treasury or finance support role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  7. Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management, and investment principles
