About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer Lead to drive data integration architecture and execution across enterprise-scale IT initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong SnapLogic expertise, leadership experience, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance data integration pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of data integration workflows across multiple systems and data warehouses.
  • Build scalable, reusable data pipelines using Snap Logic, Coalesce, Fivtran, and Snowflake.
  • Architect solutions for data extraction, transformation, quality enhancement, and curation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in planning meetings, sprint reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Promote best practices in data governance, metadata-driven approaches, documentation, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support continuous learning within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance challenges.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Snap Logic.
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Solid understanding of DW ETL/ELT tools.
  • Experience with Coalesce and Fivtran .
  • Hands-on experience with Python and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of integration frameworks, REST APIs, and real-time data streaming.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven success in collaborative environments.
  • Certifications in ETL/ELT tools, data engineering, or cloud architecture (e.g., SnapLogic, Coalesce, Fivtran, Snowflake, Google Cloud).
  • Experience delivering large-scale IT projects in distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with supporting cross-team or cross-time zone collaboration.
