Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry for food costing, inventory levels, new menu items, and recipes accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the Executive Chef's schedule, handle paperwork, and maintain office organization.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Monitor inventory, assist in ordering supplies, and track food wastage.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure kitchen staff adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Reporting: Generate reports related to kitchen operations, costs, and inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain order in the office.
  • Computer Proficiency: High proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and data entry software.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle challenges in a kitchen setting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
