Qualifications:

    8. Accounts receivable experience is a must

Job Role:

  1. Review work in progress dashboards
  2. Manage and file claims according to the workflow
  3. Review each payment for deductions
  4. File claim for incorrect deductions

    5.Record claims for Non approved returns, and short

    payment according to the workflow.

    6.Review aging on Monthly basis to determine which old

    invoices we need to claim.

    7.Coordinate with ASR for any document needed for

    discrepancies.
  5. Coordinate with SP about any open issues.
  6. Supply Service invoices on a timely manor
  7. Manage Costco service dashboard
  8. Review Payment to review open dashboard
  9. Submit electronic billing
  10. Monitor AR emails
  11. Process payments
  12. Provide invoices
  13. Reconcile Coface accounts on Monthly basis
