CLIENT: Our client is one of the leading Logistics Companies here in the Philippines. Job Description Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the trucking department.

Customer Relations: Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including freight brokers and maintenance providers, to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Develop and execute strategic plans: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, set goals and objectives, and develop actionable strategies to achieve them. Manage financial performance: Oversee the business unit's budget, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for cost savings, and ensure financial targets are met. Manage day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across various functions within the unit, which may include sales, marketing, production, customer service, or a combination depending on the industry.

Job Qualification Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 years of experience in trucking operations management. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing efficient trucking strategies.
