About The Role

We are expanding our marketing team to bring our creative vision to the next level as we scale. We are actively hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to take ownership of the visual identity for our fast-growing money transfer app and create a world-class brand experience. As a key member of LuLu Money brand and marketing team, you'll own visual design projects, crafting impactful visuals that elevate our brand and communicate complex ideas with clarity.

In this role, you'll create campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, and brand systems, setting a new standard for visual excellence in a Fintech environment.

Responsibilities

● Conceptualize and Create marketing materials for social media, digital ads and in-app promotions.

● Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, and help prioritize tasks, and maintain quality standards within the design team.

● Stay ahead of AI design trends, tools, and innovations.

● Shape and evolve LuLu Money's visual identity to ensure brand consistency and creative impact

● Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, when needed.

Requirements

● 4-5 Years Experience in an agency, startup, or in-house team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). Knowledge in After Effects, Premier Pro, Figma and Canva is a plus.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first marketing campaigns (Social Media, Web Ads, Landing Pages, App Banners).

● Bachelor's degree in Design or related field would be an advantage.

● Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with adaptability across formats

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

● Experience working with international teams.
