About the client: The Ortus Club

The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions.

Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at The Ortus Club, you'll take the lead in conceptualizing and producing visually impactful designs that elevate our brand and enhance the overall event experience. You'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets that are both strategic and visually compelling, ensuring design excellence across every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You'll have the opportunity to shape visual direction, mentor junior designers, and bring a strong creative perspective to projects that reach executive audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative assets for events, marketing campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with project coordinators, marketing, and event teams to align design output with strategic goals.
• Develop visually striking event materials, including invitations, banners, presentations, and digital graphics.
• Oversee brand consistency and maintain high design standards across print and digital platforms.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring continuous creative growth within the team.
• Innovate with new design techniques, tools, and visual trends to keep The Ortus Club's branding fresh and competitive.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
• Contribute to event success by ensuring all visual elements are executed seamlessly and enhance the overall experience.
• Participate in post-event evaluations to assess visual effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in events, marketing, or agency settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and mastery of visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Experience with event design, digital campaigns, or motion graphics is a strong plus.
