Job Description:

The Sales Support Associate (Review & Performance Evaluation) is responsible in providing operational support to the Branch Business Group and Head Office Sales units.

  • Prepares Producer's Quality Assessment (PQA) report quarterly which include results of their production, loss ratio, collection turnover, renewal persistency and cancellation percentage. Computes for agent's individual PQA grade based on their results and rating . Recommends suspension of codes for those agents with failing grade, otherwise, BM has to submit plan or recommendation to improve agent's performance.
  • Makes initial review of all licensed agents qualified for HMO benefits and send it to branches for their review and recommendations.
  • Updating Producer's Profile based on classification of their GPW (compliant, millionaire, etc.), recruited year, age, education, etc.
  • Computes Contingent Profit Commission (CPC) of all license agents and send it to the branches for their discussion with their agents. Recommends deduction of overdue accounts and coordinates with branches and Collection for final disposition of accounts.
  • Prepares Production report per month that will be used for Marketing (featured Products) and compliant reports.
  • Coordinates with Marketing Department for qualified agents for the Featured Products of the month.
  • Prepares and submits monthly reports of Renewal Persistency and Compliant Report to Strategic Planning.
  • Assists on the producers data requirements of Agency Training and Development.
  • Create ID and Calling card template and forward to HR/Admin for printing request.
  • Prepares and submits other statistical report that may be required by the immediate superior, Regional and Division Heads, and Branch Heads from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business related 4-year courses.
  • Preferably with at least 1- or 2-years' experience in the same function
