  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and internet downtime.
  • Respond promptly to technical support requests from mall management and tenants.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Ensure all IT equipment in public and office areas is functional and up to date.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and security access in accordance with IT policy.
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in a support ticketing system.
  • Assist with IT setups for events, kiosks, and temporary booths in the mall.
  • Support VoIP phone systems and troubleshoot communication equipment.

Qualification:
