JOB SUMMARY:

This job directly reports to the Sec. Supervisor- Sales Channel and is responsible for the day-to-day selling activities ensuring that all items ordered by customers through online channels (via My Suki App, FB Marketplace, etc.) are completely and are correctly scanned. They are also responsible for calling customers for order confirmation and possible changes of items ordered through online channels.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Ensures 100% Complete Fulfillment of all Online Orders
  • Checks and monitors real-time online hubs such as My Suki, and other online platforms that the company will utilize
  • Coordinates with selling personnel for order picking/preparations
  • Communicate with customers on the status of their order
  • Communicate with customers from time-to-time if there are promos, flash deals, and sale events on the App/Sales channel to encourage them to purchase again
  • Assists Sales Channel Supervisor in monitoring sales channel associate/s under the My Suki or online sales sub-section to ensure efficiency and timeliness of received orders
