About the Role

Responsible for ensuring the business makes better decisions through collection and usage of data. Ensures business data and analysis requirements are met by properly applying data concepts, including data structures, collection and cleansing, and structured and unstructured data analysis and reporting. Ability to collect, analyse, manipulate, use data visualization techniques, and report on CBRE data.

What You'll Do

• Cleans and preprocesses data for accuracy in Power BI and Tableau is a must.
• Creating efficient ETL workflows with Alteryx and connecting it with Tableau and Power BI.
• Creates visualizations and reports for stakeholders with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience in using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI servers is must.
• Experience working with multiple territories especially with EMEA region.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and addresses specific business challenges with analytical solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, reflecting global real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets.
• Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
• Defines data requirements and gathers and validates information, using judgment and statistical tests.
• Well versed in knowledge of creating algorithms, identifying patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data sets utilizing graphs, trees and/or other data representation techniques as required.
• Well versed in data analytics techniques along with validating the Dashboard numbers with that of the source.

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years present working experience in Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
• Overall experience should be 2-4 Years.
• Should know how to gather data from various sources include but not limited to excel, csv, SharePoint folders, desktop folders, Power BI flow, data lakes, Servers.
