About the Role

We provide student-centered teaching that focuses on engagement, mentorship, and consistent progress. You'll be teaching English to young learners using interactive online tools and materials designed to make learning fun and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of online ESL teaching experience (K–Primary 6, preferably Asian students)
  • Excellent English proficiency — clear pronunciation
  • Skilled in teaching English to young learners (Kindergarten to Primary 6)
  • Can create or adapt lesson materials when needed
  • Owns a PC/laptop suitable for online teaching and familiar with tools like Zoom
  • Has a stable wired internet connection and backup power source
  • Can commit to at least 16 peak hours per week (minimum 4 days, including weekends)
  • Willing to work with us for at least 6 months

Teaching Schedule (Beijing Time / GMT+8)

Weekdays: 18:00 – 22:00

Weekends: 08:00 – 22:00

Weekend availability is highly preferred

Rate

15–25 RMB/hour (PH Teachers)

40 – 60 RMB/hour (SA Teachers)

90 – 117 RMB/hour (competitive rate based on qualifications and performance) (UK, US, Canada, Australia Teachers)

Technical Requirements

Device: Desktop or Laptop (Windows 7+ or Mac)

CPU: Intel Core i3 (5th Gen or above)

RAM: Minimum 4GB (8GB recommended)

Storage: 100GB free space

Headset: Noise-cancelling with mic

Camera: HD (720p or higher)

Internet: At least 50 Mbps (wired connection recommended)
