About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Monitoring Staff (Project-based) to join our Eikaiwa Division. This project-based role supports our commitment to delivering exceptional ESL instruction by ensuring our Home-Based Tutors meet rigorous teaching standards. You'll play a key role in coaching, training, and evaluating tutor performance while collaborating across departments to elevate lesson quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end investigations of tutor-related incidents
  • Facilitate coaching sessions on behavior, skills, and attendance
  • Deliver training on grammar, speech, and lesson delivery standards
  • Monitor and score tutor lessons; provide feedback and survey sheets
  • Analyze KPIs and propose initiatives to improve tutor quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold ESL standards
  • Conduct corporate and special lessons when needed
  • Support quality assurance projects and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years in Quality Assurance (ESL or BPO preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Familiarity with ESL pedagogy and tutor performance metrics
