  • Achieves defined sales/target revenue and profit objectives pertaining to the sale of Optical, Broadband, Wireless, Telecom Infrastructure, and Internet solutions to telecoms market, including direct sales and contract negotiation.
  • Develops short-term and long-term sales plans.
  • Formulates strategies to develop new business in the telecom market (Mobile Operator, ISP / ASP / ICP, Carriers).
  • Carries out business trend and market opportunity analysis.
  • Maintains existing client database & be proactive in developing new customers.
  • Keeps abreast of technologies & market trends.
  • Provides highly focused analysis and problem-solving skills to meet customer and company needs and expectations.
  • Maximizing the current expense and budget guidelines
  • Other related Sales responsibilities as assigned by immediate head

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor degree or Master's degree in Technical Sales, Engineering / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Goal oriented with strong ability to influence.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience, including 3 to 5 years in IT, Telecom and Internet business fields.
  • With Sales experience in Enterprise Businesses (Banking/Financials/Universities/Manufacturing/ICT/BPO Sectors).
  • Has in-depth sales exposure in Telecommunications Company, IT Industries and Solutions service providers
  • Market savvy and ability to identify viable business leads.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Energetic, creative, persistent, resourceful.
