The general duties and responsibilities of a PSYCHOLOGIST include, but not are not limited to:
- Undergo On-Boarding Process wherein PSYCHOLOGIST shall learn, and comply with, the Clinic Processes, Procedures, familiarization of the Clinic Policies and Protocols, and all other relevant institutional and organizational matters.
- Once a client has been decked, to obtain clients' informed consent to proposed plan-of-care;
- Duly perform assessment, evaluation, and plan-of-care to assigned clients;
- Duly perform documentation such as initial evaluation, interim notes, discharge summary, and all other documentations that are required that fall under the scope of services of a Psychologist; formulate and implement appropriate plans-of-care. Duly update progress notes of all clients under care; timely submit all necessary documents;
- Evaluate effects of plan-of-care at various stages and adjust treatments accordingly to achieve optimal results;
- Schedule the plan-of-care of clients assigned efficiently, considering the plan-of-care to achieve the optimal result;
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses for a wide range of mental health conditions;
- Assist in the operation of the clinic, if practicable;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards;
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed by all departments;
- Actively participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchange knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives;
- Work with the Administration to manage, design, develop, plan, implement, and evaluate specific program marketing, services, policies, and procedures to carry out the programs being offered;
- Work with other team members and departments to ensure the company philosophy and values are adhered to;
- Establish procedures as part of the clinic's overall patient care evaluation program, to evaluate the consistency and quality of all the services provided in the programs;
- Prepare and submit to the Administration all reports as may reasonably be requested by the Administration and analyze and interpret such reports as reasonable requested;
- Maintain open communication with every member of the team and other departments as regards patient care, professional conduct, and coordination for career development or other research projects and opportunities relating to the programs;
- Provide technical advice and expertise as may reasonably be requested by the Administration to facilitate the implementation and expansion of the programs;
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are in strict adherence with local and national laws and professional regulations; and
- Perform such other functions which SANDBOX CLINIC may, from time to time, require, which are necessary or incidental for the complete fulfillment of the functions of a PSYCHOLOGIST.
