Psychometrician – San Fernando Branch

The Psychometrician plays a vital role in assisting psychologists in the delivery of psychological services through testing and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administers, scores, and interprets mental health screenings and psychological tests.
• Conducts intake interviews with patients, as well as follow-up interviews with patients, informants, and clients for clinical, industrial, or court cases.
• Ensures proper test environment and procedures according to test protocols.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling client data and reports.
• Assists psychologists in diagnosing mental health conditions through psychometric evaluations.
• Prepares psychological reports.
• Participates in fieldwork activities (e.g., assessments in schools, community settings, workplaces, or homes).
• Assists in data collection for outreach programs, research, and external referrals.
• Coordinates with psychologists and other professionals (e.g., doctors, social workers, guidance counselors, lawyers) in delivering psychological services.
• Assists patients on their scheduled appointments.
• Organizes and safeguards patient records on a regular basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of AB/BS Psychology
• Licensed Psychometrician
• With clinical internship experience during undergraduate internship
• Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proven knowledge in the core areas of a Psychometrician (Abnormal Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Developmental Psychology)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of psychological tests and assessment procedures
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Applications

• Schedule: Must be willing to work on weekdays and weekends, depending on clinic scheduling needs.
