Position Title: CI / Appraiser Officer

Job Summary:

 

As Credit Investigator

  • The role is responsible in ensuring the credit worthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants through verification of information and checking of various documents with the different private and government agencies.

As Appraiser

  • The role is responsible for the evaluation of collateral being offered to the bank to secure a loan, dacion, foreclosure or for possible sale of a bank property or acquired asset. The role is also in charge of ensuring the exact location of the property under appraisal and ensures its acceptability per existing bank policy, and that the values rendered are fair and reasonable via systematic analysis of available data. The role also ensures that appraisals are within the prescribed TAT and the quality of reports is within the acceptable standards.

Role Exposure:

  • Broaden your competencies in credit evaluation/investigation
  • Level up your teamwork and collaboration skills as you review loan applications

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
  • Engineering or Economics-related degree
  • At least 1 year experience as a CI/Appraiser in a bank or appraisal firm
  • With good analytical, communication and written skills
