EXPERIENCE:

At least 1 year experience in the same capacity

Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Administers first aid treatment/medical procedures in all medical cases.
  2. Disseminates health and safety awareness information thru one-on-one health teaching, information bulletin and hand- outs.
  3. Issues medical and dental referrals, leaves and ID gate pass to employees.
  4. Issues laboratory requests to employees who are candidates for regularization. (APE)
  5. Issues fit to work slips to fully recovered employees and sent home slips to employees with symptomatic complaints.
  6. Handles budget control of employees who incurred work-connected injuries.
  7. Files/records diagnosis and treatment of employees to patient's chart and keep it confidential.
  8. Accomplishes records on sickness, maternity notification and occupational accidents.
  9. Prepares monthly report on medical diseases and medicine consumption.
  10. Maintains the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipments/supplies and area
  11. Ensures adequate supplies/stock of drugs and other medical supplies.

Other tasks that may be assigned - (e.g. Manpower Hygiene)
