We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing team and oversee all marketing events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing team's execution of events – exhibits, fairs, and sales events. As well as ensuring all marketing collaterals needed are following company branding.


Key Responsibilities:

Event & Project Management

  • Monitor and manages the Marketing Events Assistant in planning and organizing trade exhibits, product launch events, and promotional events
  • Source, coordinate, and manage suppliers and 3rd party agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project and communication objectives are properly executed
  • Provide regular updates to management on campaign progress and team performance

Design & Marketing Collaterals

  • Assists and manages Marketing Digital Assistant in creating content briefs, print advertisements, and various design materials
  • Ensures that all marketing collaterals follow the brand guidelines and are aesthetically presentable for clients

Team Leadership & Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and provide guidance to align with business objectives

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Events, Marketing, or Advertising, or Events/PR
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading a team

Core Skills

  • Strong event project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in handling a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has eye for design and aesthetic

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong event project management skills
  • Proficient in Canva and/or basic photo. Knowledgeable in video editing software. Basic Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (optional)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PPT and Google Workspace
  • Background in event execution
