As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on application development tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test applications.

  • Implement application modernization strategies to enhance system performance.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth operation.

  • Document application development processes and procedures for future reference.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve application development practices.

Required Skill:

  • 4+ years of experience as Application Developer
  • Expert proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ
  • Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe, Application Modernization
  • Strong understanding of application development principles and practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing application solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug application issues effectively.
  • Amenable to work either Taguig, Mandaluyong, Quezon City or Alabang site
  • Amenable to work 2-3 days Onsite per week and in anyshift depends on the needs of the project
