Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision and Coordination
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing staff in achieving assigned targets
  • Assign and monitor daily tasks and projects to ensure on-time completion
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve team performance
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Monitor campaign progress and address issues promptly
  • Serve as the main liaison between the marketing staff and the marketing manager
  • Work closely with sales, design, and other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and external partners as needed
  • Track team KPIs and provide performance updates to management
  • Collect and analyze feedback from campaigns to improve future initiatives

  • Timely delivery and quality of team outputs
  • Achievement of campaign and sales support targets
  • Team productivity and engagement levels
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies, tools, and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
